So we deploy tools and equipments that are calibrated from NABL accredited labs as per calibration plan. The raw material is tested both in-house as well as through independent laboratories with accreditation. Each level of product is closely inspected to make sure that there are no defects at final stages. The master sample of products is cut out with precision and can be changed as per requirement. In addition, the fixtures are also well tested for smallest of operation like piercing, nothing and other related processes and are provided with GO-NO- GO gauges for in-process dimensions identification.
